Other third-party services

Ads Online Enterprise does not control these platforms and cannot guarantee platform availability, policy changes, account approvals, ranking positions, advertising costs, or specific outcomes.

6. Fees and Payments

All fees are payable according to the agreed quotation, proposal, invoice, or subscription plan.

Unless otherwise stated:

Payments are non-refundable after service commencement
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
Late payments may result in service suspension
Outstanding balances remain payable

Advertising spend paid directly to advertising platforms is separate from management fees unless otherwise stated.

7. Performance Disclaimer

While we strive to improve marketing performance and business outcomes, we do not guarantee:

Specific revenue increases
Search ranking positions
Lead volumes
Advertising performance
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
Business growth outcomes

Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including market conditions, competition, customer demand, platform changes, and customer participation.

8. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of their business assets, trademarks, and content.

Ads Online Enterprise retains ownership of:

Proprietary software
Internal methodologies
Templates
Processes
Marketing frameworks
Technology platforms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ads Online Enterprise shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the preceding three months.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
